New/First User's Info

From launch of this site, CONTINUE to complete current paper records as you always have.  We will undergo a testing period to ensure we get everything correct before changing any current paper processes.

The site has been established to make it easier to send airmen training record information to the Training Records section.

  1. It is set up with role based user access, so you will only see and be able to complete events for which you are qualified.  As your qualifications or fleet changes your access will change.  A few will only see this Home page due to leaving a CTI position on one fleet when transitioning to another. Former access will be removed but your login will not be until or unless the Fleet Captain directs that.
  2. On your first login, enter your company email address and then select the magenta “Please Send Password” icon.
  3. Once you receive that email you will have the username and the assigned password.  Login using them. (You will always be able to use the company email instead of the username if you wish.) 
  4. On your first login, you will be forced to change the password assigned to you by the system.  Select one you can remember.  While it may need to be changed from time to time, and you will be able to change it yourself, it is not related to the network username and password you otherwise use.
  5. These credentials have nothing to do with the Atlas GlobalNet, email or network and will not be supported by the HelpDesk.
  6. Should you need that kind of help, or for any other feedback, send an email to scott.schleiffer@atlasair.com and he will respond to your issue as promptly as he can.  Rarely will this take longer than 24 hours.
